     • Order Submission: Orders placed through our website must include accurate and complete information to ensure successful order                processing.
     • Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance by Vartas. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion,          including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
     • Order Changes and Cancellations: You may request changes or cancellations to your order by contacting us promptly. Once an order            has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
 
3. Pricing and Payment
     • Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
     • Taxes: All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Any applicable taxes will be added to your total at checkout.
     • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
     • Additional Charges: Shipping, handling, and any other applicable fees will be calculated and added to the total amount during the                   checkout process.
